Benefits are applied automatically at checkout. Once you qualify for a tier, all future bookings will receive the applicable discounts. No codes or manual activation needed.
Tiers are evaluated based on your activity in the last 36 months. As long as you meet the requirements within this rolling window, you maintain your tier status. Stay active to keep your benefits!
Yes! If you qualify for multiple tiers, you receive the highest discount from any tier, plus all free options from all qualified tiers. Special promotions may be combined with tier discounts based on terms.

A confirmed booking is one that has been completed and paid for. Cancelled bookings or no-shows do not count towards your tier progress. Only successful, completed rentals are tracked.
